Yearly Membership Fee per Family $48.00 (Sept. - August)

* 1 hour of gym / week - $68.00 per month
* 1.5 hours of gym / week - $88.00 per month
* 2 hours of gym / week - $118.00 per month
* 3 hours of gym / week - $138.00 per month
* 4 hours of gym / week - $148.00 per month
* 6 hours of gym / week - $168.00 per month
* 9 hours of gym / week - $198.00 per month
* 12 hours of gym / week - $238.00 per month
* 18 hours of gym / week - $268.00 per month
* 22 hours of gym / week - $328.00 per month

Action Gymnastics Sportsplex, Inc. Policies and Procedures

SAFETY POLICIES

No unsupervised or loud children in the viewing area.
No running, gymnastics or horseplay In the viewing area.
No chewing gum, food or drinks in the workout area.
Gym members without the proper attire or with hair not properly groomed will not be allowed in class.
If a member misses the warm up and stretch, they need to schedule a make up class.
Parents of gym member minors need to come into the gym to pick them up.
Gym member minors must be picked up promptly after their class has ended or there is an extra fee.

TUITION POLICIES

An annual family membership fee of $48 is due every September.
Our tuition schedule Is based on individual members only.
20% discount for each additional family member.
New members are welcome to join a class any time during the month or session at a prorated fee.
Class tuition is charged automatically on the 25th of each month for the next month of classes
Quarterly pay plan members tuition is due the last week of every quarter for the next quarter of classes.
Once a member has enrolled, no refunds or transfers are available. No Exceptions.
Notification In writing is required by the 25th of the month to stop or change automatic payment.

MAKE UP POLICIES

Make up classes are subject to availability.
Make up classes are only available for currently enrolled students.
Make up classes need to be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Only one make up per month per student Is available.
Make up classes are on Friday in your level of class.
Those who are already enrolled in Friday classes would be required to do a back to back class to make up for any missed class.
NO MAKE UPS are available for PreTeam or Team level athletes.
Make up classes can not transfer from month to month or student to student.
