Girl's Team

The girls team classes are designed for advanced level competitive athletes. There are several different levels of team starting with the PreTeam level 2-3. The PreTeam level bridges the gap between the recreational classes and the USAG competitive Team levels 4-Elite. PreTeam students will be introduced to competitive routine structure and will have the option to train one day or up to five days per week. All teams are by invitation only.

The next Team step is our competitive Team levels 4-Elite. All workout days for those levels are mandatory. The Action Gymnastics competitive girls team is the only gymnastics team in the desert area to ever produce over 50 State Champions, several Regional Champions,Western National Qualifiers, As well as a Western National Champion.

With our superior coaches, a State of the Art training facility and proven track record, we are confident that we are the best gymnastics school in the desert area! If you are serious about being a competitive gymnast, Action is the place to train and develop your skills. The team offers training in the USA Gymnastics levels 2 through Elite on all the Olympic events. The Trampoline, Tumble Trak and Foam pit are utilized for advanced skills training.
